Studio Update | Show Friday

Hey!

So here we are up in the beautiful Ottawa Valley at French Kiss to track and produce “Panic” and “Chasing Dreams” and to work on some more new material. It’s nice to be back working with Jordon Zadorozny.

Yesterday, Matt started the day on scratch tracks for guitars and vocals. Jay dropped in the drum tracks in no time. With us having worked on these songs over the last two months in preparation of the Big Money Shot, Jay finished up quickly. Next we started working on a little acoustic secret that you will all find out about soon! We finished up the day with Rob who dropped in the bass and baritone tracks. The mixes are sounding incredible!

Today Jordon, Jay and Matt had a writing session and have started working on a song which is tentatively titled “Fast Times.” We recorded a demo today and who knows, we might just give it a trial at the next show…

Tonight, Michael’s is in to record strings, keys and synths. Tomorrow it’s all vocals, and we can’t wait.

This Friday, catch Matt and Rob for an acoustic performance at Club Saw at the Arts Court in Ottawa. Head down for 8pm.
